I am fortunate because I have had the opportunity to serve on the Greater Syracuse Association of Realtors board of directors. Each Year our CEO provides the directorship with a retreat. IT is always a great time spent team building and getting to know a bit more about my fellow Realtors.

This year for the 2nd or 3rd year we went up to Clayton NY and stayed at the Harbor Hotel on the St Lawrence Seaway in the 1000 island Region. What a great working get away. We had some great leadership training and a busy meeting all day. However, I awoke very early and had the time to walk around the town and check out some of the local real estate and great waterfront homes and properties.

Real Estate is such a demanding business, however, we all need time to recharge and get away. I will be taking another weekend trip for the fall foliage ride back up to Clayton and I would recommend it to you. Take the time and get away.
